Maintenance free aluminium corner trims.
Full internal cladding packaging including space quilt insulation, redwood cladding, floor lining and grey laminate flooring.
Platinum electrical package.
OSB Floor.
Pre-installed airtech base system (4x2 base frame, 6x2 posts concreted into the ground, with made to measure, maintenance free aluminium skirts).
Customisable configurations.
Upgrades available including plastered internal finish, 2.4m bi-fold doors, 1.8/2.1/2.4m sliding doors or extra windows.
Please note that the back panel is cladded with 12mm tanalised cladding.

The Uberhaus can be made to any size, starting from 3m x 2.4m. Sizes under 9 square metres are priced at £1,390.00 per square metre. Sizes over 9 square metres are priced at £1,215.00 per square metre.
Plastered internal finish is available for £1,495.00 per square metre (under 9 metres squared are priced at £1,695.00 psqm) - this includes a white paint finish.
